Hi! I’m Janelle, RYT® 200 Yoga & Meditation Teacher.

After years of solo-traveling and soul searching, I now share the tools and techniques that helped me walk my dark night of the soul and reconnect with my true Self.

I draw inspiration from the eastern philosophies of Yoga and Buddhism to help my clients tap into their own inner peace, joy and love.

The pillar of my work is a daily spiritual meditation practice. It’s *THE* tool that always works for me. Plus, it’s been scientifically proven to help us feel better physically, emotionally and mentally.

My Meditation for the Soul Course is designed to teach you how to establish a spiritual meditation practice of your own. It condenses everything I’ve learned throughout my years of study and practice with some of the most enlightening teachers from India. 

It incorporates the ancient mantra meditation technique and breathing exercises I’ve been practicing myself for the past seven years. And it breaks everything down into easy, doable steps so that you may create a daily practice you love turning to.

Sharing the healing tools I love and helping you find your way back to your true self is what *lights me all the way up*! I believe in the power of meditation and I want this journey to feel easy, feasible and maybe even a little fun.

Every live session will be recorded and hosted in a shared folder. You’ll have access to each replay for up to a month after the experience.

What if I already have an established meditation practice?

Even if you already have a daily practice in place, we can all benefit from the power of group meditation and an experience that reinvigorates our current practice.
